No. It is an early guide based on the information entered. We confirm measurements, floor condition, materials, access and the full scope before issuing a final quotation.
Can you remove my existing floor?
Yes. Removal and disposal can be included. Let us know what is currently fitted because prices vary for carpet, tile, glued flooring and timber.
Do I need to empty the room?
A clear room helps the work move faster. If large items cannot be removed, select furniture moving in the calculator and describe what needs to stay.
Can you supply the flooring as well?
The calculator can include a sensible material allowance. Your final quote will use the exact product and quantity you choose.
Do you apply latex smoothing compound?
Yes. We provide subfloor assessment and latex or smoothing compound preparation where it is suitable for the base and the final floor. Moisture control, primers, depth and drying time may require additional products or a revised quotation.
